Regiments, Brigades and Armies
A regiment is composed of several companies, typically 8 to 12. It is led by a colonel, who is assisted by a sergeant-major.
Though the greatest armies of Clemencia and the Confederation may have several regiments grouped together as a brigade, commanded by a general and subject to supreme command of the field marshal, magnate or emperor, in smaller states the regiments usually remain discreet units in a single field army. Each army or brigade is commanded by a general.
