Days and Weeks

Every month is divided into four weeks, and Each week is divided into seven days. The days are commonly called by the following names: Godsday, Airday, Earthday, Fireday, Waterday, Aetherday, Moonday

Godsday is the first day of the week. This day is dedicated to worship and to rest. Most people work little or not at all on godsdays, and even slaves and animals are worked more lightly.

Moonday is the last day of the week. Full, half and new moon take place on Moonday nights. Some religions also hold their weekly worship on Moonday night. Moonday evening is the favoured day for carousing, as one does not have to work on Godsday.
