Bimble is a sturdy little gnome who seems to be trying to emulate a dwarf.
Unlike all other known specimens of his race, he carries armaments: a steel corselet and brimmed steel helmet and a small military pick. His dark-skinned face never betrays any expression except slight boredom, and he is extremely sarcastic.
Bimble has a knack for showing up in the oddest places - out at sea in a white boat, with the sorcerer-knight Maurice de Kyron, or up in Hamvalle, with the mercenary-buffoon Artois LeBrave.
