The greatest of the Clemencian kingdoms - roughly the size of Avation; Nardigena is Clemencia's heart and core. The kingdom consists of a coastal plain, a higher, drier plateau, and high, hilly country to the southwest. Save for the southeastern part, Nardigena is a civilized and cultivated realm, a land of fields, orchards and vinyards. The plaeau has several mining sites, where gemstones are dug from the rock.
Nardigena is crisscrossed by wide, level roads, the Grand Kings have improved and added to the existing Cargan network. The roads connect many large and opulent cities, many of which are famous for particular products, such as jewelry, lacework, fine cloth, musical instruments and fine stonework. Nardigena is also among the primary exporters of gunpowder (rivalled only by Eastern Logesia). The roads make trade brisk, and also insures that the produce of the fields can be brought easily into the cities to feed their hungry populace.
Xacia is the capital both of the kingdom and of the entire Grand Kingdom of Clemencia. The city is also a religious, economical and cultural centre. The city is situated above a subterran aquifier, in an otherwise arid area, where gemstones are mined.
Carinca is Nardigena's most important port towards the Mare Interior. It is the port city of Xacia, and sits at the estuary of the river Amecora. Barges and hulks transport goods from the port upriver to the capital.
Millicenica is a large city and busy port on the western coast, dominating the trade routes between Cargandom and the South and Far West
The city is infamous for its humidity, being built in marshy land and plauged with hot, humid summers and chill winter fogs.
The city of Tarequa, on the island duchy of Samabra, controls the Samabrian channel, and thus the preferred passage between Carinca and the Ocean of Lost Souls.
