Prince Farnol of Corguin

The firstborn son and heir of Archduke Tauron of Corguin, Prince Farnol is a staunch supporter of his father, and has been given command of the defence of the Archducal forces north of the Tibellu highlands, Gronne-Haute in particular.

The Prince is famous for his brilliant intellect, his great beauty, his spiteful tongue and callous demeanor. His enemies call him Dollface, those less antagonistic refer to him as Prince Diamond. He is feared by allies and enemies alike, and has earned no affectionate nicknames. The man is a loner, seeking little congress with his fellows or subordinates.

Prince Farnol is small and slight, no taller than a commoner, but is otherwise handsome in all ways: His face has regular features with a Roman nose, firm cheekbones and a slightly protruding, cleft chin. Farnol's lips are full, framing fine, even teeth. His eyes are dark, mysterious and deeply set, under almost feminine eyebrows. Farnol's hair is blond and falls in wavy locks, and he has a Van Dyke-style beard and moustache. His skin is pale and has no visible birthmarks, save a courage on his right cheekbone.

Prince Farnol takes after his mother in most ways, only his intense gaze resembles that of his father, and it is a common rumour that he is in truth a bastard, some say of purely Dorannic stock.
