The army of Ramoroses is founded on the strenght of the house of Ramoroses. The Count has hired the foreigner Theodoric Amary Lysentius to form a mighty army.
This condottiere-general has drawn to Gronne-Base mercenaries from many nations, most notably the famous Swinedancer Regiment, but also including two companies of Cargan infantry, a company of Carrancochers, and several native companies. Worst of all, it is said that the foul general has hired Confederate sorcerers and war machines to aid his campaign.
More reputable parts of the army are strong cavalry squadrons drawn from the gentry and nobles of Gronne-Base, Drecuste and other parts of Cobelle, as well as the foot of Gronne-Base.
The army has superior cavalry compared to the army holding Gronne-Haute, and outnumbers it two to one, even without taking Drecuste's host into account, but it lacks good archers.
