The Masters of Indiscression

"With friends like these, who needs enemies?"

Baronet Maurice Kyron: Maurice is in his 20s, slightly above average height (lower than most of his nobleman peers) and of normal build. He has long blond hair and is clean shaven. He has regularly shaped, attractive features, and his eyes are green. Most often, he wears expensive robes. He is a Baronet of the Kyron family and the lord of Benry. The Baronet is originally from the Confederacy of Sorcerors and he is a sorceror of the Order of the Pyramid. Caught between his meddling relatives (among them an insane demigod), his scandalous friends and his ruthless enemies, Maurice has developed a somewhat laconic wit. He is a quiet and cheerful man.

Maurice has prodigal sorcerous powers, must notably over light, healing and the element of water. He is well versed in many sciences and is also somewhat skilled in the fine art of socializing with the upper class.

Maurice has repeatedly shown his ability to take charge when leadership is needed, and to show up and nuke the right people when the other Masters are in over their heads. He desperately attempts to keep himself and his friends on good terms with society.

Sir Julius Inviticus: The Lone Crossbowman. Julius has olive skin and dark hair, his face is vaguely hexagonical, and he is rather small and wiry of build. His grin is one of ill omen. He usually wears dark clothing.

A Cargan plebeian in his 20s. Julius's ability to land himself in trouble is only exceeded by his ability to get himself out of it. Somehow, his desperately conceived "instant plans" work much better than his carefully laid ones.

Julius is a skilled fencer and crossbowman. He speaks many languages fluently, and has much training in the rougish arts. He dabbles in the sorcery of light and darkness, until last year underthe reluctant guidance of Maurice Kyron. He has since found other tutors.

While Julius has done much to destroy his own reputation and get his sorcerous teacher in trouble, he has always been a helpful member of the group, most often when a well-placed crossbow bolt has saved the day.

Bardor: The Clueless Savant. A Avatine commoner, 19 years old. An academican noted for his keen intellect and his total inability to use it in interacting with the normal world. Bardor is of average height and build. He has dark hair and blue eyes. Bardor usually wears relatively expensive but poorly kept clothing, and has a tedency to forget to wash and shave.

Bardor is a good shot with the bow, and is also skilled with the quarterstaff. In his youth he was trained as a game warden. He has undertaken extensive academical studies, most notably of history, and dabbles in sorcery.

While Bardor's irrepressible tedency to say the wrong thing does get annoying, he has proved his mettle as a good fighter in several brawls. That his bluderings got the group into those brawls in the first place, is less relevant.

Former members

Sir Mateo Martini: Egoistic, arrogant, lecherous - still, one has to admit there is style to this priest of Jupiter. The eldest son of Sir Corvus Martini, he is reckoned a promising young statesman and cleric by the higher classes of Avation.

With good all-round ability both in social and martial skills, and pleniful wealth, Mateo nontheless fails to aid the party significantly.

Sir Mateo is probably the least loved party member ever. He shrinks away from fighting. is arrogant and egoistic, and he supports the Archbishop.
